Dog Park Rules

Use of this park is at your own risk.
By entering the park you agree to the following rules:

  • Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries caused by them.
  • Puppies and dogs must be properly licensed, inoculated, and healthy.
  • Animals should wear a collar and ID tags at all times.
  • Owners must clean up after their dogs.
  • Dogs showing aggression toward people or other animals will be removed from the park. Animals who exhibit a history of aggressive behavior will not be permitted to enter.
  • Puppies using the park must be at least four months old.
  • Owners should not leave their dogs unattended or allowed out of sight. If young children are permitted in the dog park, they too should be under constant supervision.
  • Dogs in heat will not be allowed inside the park.
  • Owners must carry a leash at all times. Dogs should be leashed before entering and prior to leaving the park.
  • Violators will be subject to removal from the park and suspension of park privileges.
 

Outdoor Events

The outdoor event space at the Longhorn is a two acres venue suitable for a variety of events. Contact us about your event.

Two Acre Outdoor Event Space

The two acre outdoor setting has ample room for concerts and festivals (eg. music, food, beer, and art). The area has an incredible water front view and will include outdoor dining spaces and food truck parking.

5K Running Loop

It's strategic location next to the Sante Fe Trestle Trail and access to the Trinity River trail system makes The Container Park is the perfect space for hosting any type of outdoor recreation event like horse rides, marathons, 5Ks, cycling and bike events, and kayaking.

Horseback Rides and Dog Park

Come join us every weekend beginning April 28, 2018 from 9am to 6pm for horse trail rides along the Trinity River with incredible views of the Dallas Skyline.  Bring your dog and let them run in the dog park while you enjoy a cold beer and BBQ.  Park between the buildings behind the big Longhorn.
