If you’ve never heard of Meat Fight, it might be the most fun you can have while giving to charity. The annual Dallas event raised $225,000 at this event alone for MS research. All the proceeds, from ticket sales, merchandise sales, and items auctioned at Meat Fight, go to MS research. Everyone who works the event, even Meat Fight CEO Alice Laussade, does it on a volunteer basis, which is why they’re able to raise so much money while feeding everyone delicious barbecue.
