FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Prekindle is the official ticketing provider for the Longhorn Backyard Amphitheater. Tickets can be purchased in advance on our website. Other ticket providers are using secondary tickets sold through resellers, and we cannot guarantee the validity of those tickets. If you have other ticketing questions please contact Prekindle.

  • Most shows are all ages, unless otherwise noted on the ticket page. Every attendee, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter.

  • All shows are rain or shine.

  • We strongly encourage guests to use rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.), with an exclusive drop-off and pick-up area located inside the courtyard, just steps from the venue entrance. Limited paid self-parking is available in the lot adjacent to the venue, operated by Parking Systems of America, with payment required via phone upon arrival. Additional street parking can be found along Rock Island Street and Riverfront Blvd.

  • For safety reasons, guests may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility.

    • Animals/Pets (With the exception of Service Animals as defined by the ADA)

    • Audio or Video Recording Devices (i.e. GoPros, 360-Degree Cameras, Tablets and Cameras with removable lenses)

    • Balloons, Beach Balls or Related Items

    • Blankets

    • Chains and Spike Jewelry

    • Chairs

    • Coolers or Ice Chests

    • Glass Bottles/Objects or Aluminum Cans

    • Illegal Drugs/Substances

    • Large Bags

    • Laser Pointers

    • Noise Making Devices (i.e. Whistles, Air Horns)

    • Outside Food or Beverage

    • Poles/Sticks to Display Flags, Banners, etc.

    • Signs/Banners

    • Strollers

    • Umbrellas

    • Unapproved Pamphlets, Fliers, Handbills, etc.

    • Weapons of Any Kind (i.e. Guns, Knives, Pepper Spray, etc.)

    Any other Item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue in its sole discretion. This list is subject to change at any time by management.

  • No large bags are allowed in the venue. Bags cannot exceed 13″ x 15″ x 8″.

  • Outside food/beverages are not permitted.

  • Patrons should only bring the amount of medication needed for the show in the original prescription container with the patient’s name and dosage on the label.

  • The venue will provide full wheelchair accessible seating in spaces or locations designated as such and no permanent fixed chair will be provided for these locations. For additional information regarding accommodations and services, please contact us in advance.

  • Media credentials can be requested by contacting us in advance. You must be an accredited member of the media on assignment to be considered by the Artist.
